The Addams Family

The Addams Family, a comical feast that embraces the wackiness in every family, features the creepy, kooky, mysterious and spooky Addams family in an original story. Wednesday Addams, the ultimate princess of darkness, has grown up and fallen in love with a sweet, smart young man from a respectable family– a man her parents have never met. And if that wasn’t upsetting enough, Wednesday confides in her father and begs him not to tell her mother. Now, Gomez Addams must do something he’s never done before– keep a secret from his beloved wife, Morticia. Everything will change for the whole family on the fateful night they host a dinner for Wednesday’s “normal” boyfriend and his parents. The Wooster production features a cast of 19 Upper and Middle School students singing and dancing to the energetic and catchy score, ghoulishly delightful technical design by the Upper School technical crew, The Addams Family is a deliciously fun, delightfully macabre and heartwarmingly poignant production for the entire family to enjoy.

Wooster student only preview performances are Thursday, February 24 at 4:30 pm and Thursday, March 3 at 4:30 pm in the Black Box Theatre.

Performances for all audiences are Friday, February 25 at 7:30 pm, Saturday, February 26 at 2:00 pm and 7:30 pm; Friday, March 4 at 7:30 pm, and Saturday, March 5 at 2:00 pm and 7:30 pm in the Black Box Theatre.

Theater Attendance Protocols

Student only preview tickets are $5 each. All other tickets are $15 each. All tickets must be purchased in advance. Doors open 30 minutes prior to each performance. Seating is extremely limited, so we ask that you please honor your reservation. Show length is approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes including intermission.
